As we prepare for the next phase, we want to share some important updates: from 1st October 2025, Onport will be sunsetting its Platform, and we are excited to introduce Carro as the recommended partner to ensure a smooth transition and support the continued growth of our customers.

Your Path to a Smooth Transition

Until 1st October 2025, the Onport Platform will continue to operate fully, and Carro’s team will facilitate onboarding and explore how its Marketplace Enablement Platform can enhance the business operations of our customers, as well as any retailer looking to enter the multi-vendor marketplace space when they reach Onport via the website.

Carro has extensive technical capabilities, proven successful collaborations with many companies, includes a vast brand network for both marketplaces and retailers to leverage, and aligns well with the strategic needs of multi-vendor marketplaces looking for continued growth.

Next Steps

The Carro team is actively reaching out to all Onport customers throughout the next few weeks until the end of September, initiating introductions to their platform and starting the dialogue for this transition.
